Jeep to Release Four All-Electric SUVs by 2025

Ready or not, here they come! Jeep has announced it plans to release four all-electric SUVs by 2025. These Jeep electric SUVs are not going to replace the internal combustion versions that Jeep fans already love. Jeep plans to draw inspiration from its current lineup and envisions half of its American sales coming from EVs by 2030 – an ambitious goal. What Jeep Electric SUVs Are Already Here?

For 2023, Jeep introduced two PHEVs, or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, to its lineup. Both the Jeep Wrangler 4xe and Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe are designed with power and gas mileage in mind while still allowing your adventurous side to get some fresh air.

Which Jeep models will provide EV options? That’s the great news! Jeep EVs will include models for the Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Wagoneer, and a Wrangler-inspired off-road vehicle called the Recon. In addition to these vehicles, the automaker plans to offer at least hybrid powertrains on all of its models by 2025 for Jeep drivers who want to get improved gas mileage from their rides.

What Are the Jeep EV Ranges & Specs Going to Be?

While nothing is official, these all-electric Jeep models are planned to come out in 2024 for the 2025 model year. Jeep aims to have a range of around 400 miles on a single charge, which is fantastic for enthusiasts who love offroading in the wilderness. 

You can expect to see 600 hp and a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds on the electric Grand Wagoneer S. No prices have been announced yet. However, as with all investments in EVs and new technology, prices will come down eventually to make Jeep EVs affordable for drivers in Hernando Beach and Hudson.
