Gave me my contact in a small closed manilla envelope, never went over it. Found after reading it a few days later that I had been charged $4,479 for add on protection that I had not asked for or agreed to. Can't trust this dealership. Says they are family owned and operated, do you treat your family by sneaking extra costs under the table. Retired Chrysler employee so was to receive a discount but the $4,479 added back erased my employees discount plus probably increased my lease payment by a $100 a month. If you are thinking of going to Brooksville Chrysler on 50, don't. This damage was caused by the dealership. The hood was not latched and flew up. The cover for the fuse box was not secured, either. This could have caused a serious accident. They had it for 32 days, ruined our vacation and have the worst customer service. The loaner they gave us reeked(4 fragranced odor eliminators under the seats) and was impractical for our needs. The worst "Customer Service" from any Service Center of any dealership I have ever used since I first started using these sevices in 1973!

After purchasing my brand new Jeep. Customer service was nonexistent. Couldn't get through to the service department for anything. After trying for a week to get through somebody finally answered from the service department but they were far from nice. Considering I just spent $60,000 there.. buying my new Toyota Highlander was a much better experience. Also they pressed me for Social Security number, even though I was paying with cash.

GM could not have been more rude in handling fees we discovered after purchase totaling 1/3 the price of the listing fee. She is not sure what she can do about the extra key we were promised because we didn’t get it in writing. Deceptive business with rude customer service from the top down. GM doesn’t even know her own policies regarding disclosure but it’s impossible for her to imagine any wrong doing on their part.

Visited Keith Corcoran, Service Department for an issue with a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. My worst fear, a bad cylinder head as they had issues from that model year. With only 78,000 miles the Jeep was in excellent condition and needed repaired. Keith went above and beyond, sourcing a new cylinder head, and repairing the Jeep in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you Keith and their service department !!

Service department tried to sell expensive un needed test instead of fixing simple problem. Brought it in for a cylinder one misfire after the diagnostic scan they told me they needed to do a cylinder compression test at a cost of almost $800.00 I refused brought it home and changed the #1 coil. What do you know fixed. Just wish would have done that first instead of wasting time and money with these crooks

Did the sale over the phone, dealer followed through with all agreements, provided the exact truck I wanted.

Why is it that every time I have the oil changed on my two jeeps I have to go back to have the mileage sticker put into the inside of the windshield? I would think this would be a no xxxxx when the service is done. Also the new management states there is a military discount, yet it never gets applied to my bill. Maybe you need to explain what is covered by a military discount.

Went for an Oil Change today (7/17/23), they did the job in a reasonable amount of time (under an hour), which included time for a free car wash. Great, considering it was a busy Monday morning for them.

Bought a new 2021 Jeep Gladiator and the paint bubbling around hood. Took to Buick for repair was told at least 10 Jeeps has been brought in with same problem. They want to sand down and repaint feel like Jeep should pay for new hood this is a mfg defect. Not just sand and repaint. Was told the dealership was bought up by the same people who own Mercedes and Cadillac big dealers and being treated like this. Plus Mr. Smiley screws up appointment time whole experience has been nothing but a headache.

I was informed that they will not be honoring the prepaid service agreement I purchased with my vehicle. I already have to travel 50 minutes to get here because the original dealership sold and wouldn’t honor their agreement. No notice! Still waiting after over an hour for an oil change.

I had my truck serviced there recently, and the service provided by the tech was excellent! However; I was advised by the staff that the new owners wouldn’t be honoring any half-price oil changes. Since that was a condition of the previous vehicle sales to us; I find that decision by the new owners unacceptable. Therefore, even though we’ve been loyal customers at this dealership since 1987 (when they were located east of Brooksville) we won’t be buying any more vehicles from the new owners.
